[moved] Cmos LNA Design Example in AWR

I want to design a cmos LNA circuit in AWR. I built in AWr and run.But I can't obtain reasonable result. I think I can't choose the right element.Could someone give me an example circuit,Please?

In order to bulit a CMOS LNA , you better to take these elements in to your circuit.

1. inductor between the suplly and drain
2.Capacitor and Inductor combination (series) for a filter at the input of gate.
3. Finally place cap at the output.

First better to design it for a less gain and check the MOS (you are using) is ok or not for your operating frequency, if not tune the input filter.
