hello every one :)
do you have any idea for find the capacity for any model of cmos 180 ?
i try to design distributed amplifier in ADS simulation and i want to know C_ds (derine source ), C_gs (gate source), and gm for any kind of cmos 180

Do you not have foundry supplied models for your "180 cmos"?

RFIC design depends intimately on model and parasitics-extraction
quality and one foundry's digital model likely lacks the coverage
that lets you believe simulations when applied to another, or no
foundry in particular.

Of course if you are not actually doing an IC development the
foundry may be disinterested in letting IP out the door, for no
business coming. Then you have to find someone who left such
materials lying around loose where Google can find it, in some
violation of confidentiality duty.
