Is DC supply in-phase important in mmwave cascade radar?

Hi, Gurus,
In TI 2243 demo EVM design, it uses a DCDC buck IC, TPS43351, to make the DC supply same phase.
I wonder if it is important to use such IC in cascode mmwave radar design?
If the DC power supply is not related, what result will be?
