implementing PWM for Spartan 3E please help!!! URGENT

i need to implement PWM waveform from the Spartan 3E board using the picoblaze software.can someone please help me with the coding. i downloaded the reference design but i need the codes. i need to use PWM waveform as a switching frequency for a MOSFET. can anyone tell me what would be the output voltage from the xilinx board
