hello.how can I implement my vhdl code in 0.35 um CMOS?
i dont have anu information about it

There are several software packages that will generate RTL code from VHDL.

By doing it. What do you expect, a full explanation from vhdl to fab? :p

Year: 2012
Excuse status: no excuse for not doing your own research
Google: yup, still works

gogogo!

I dont have any information about it,and I dont know what i must search, I search in google but dont find any thing that related with my purpose.

Well, whose 0.35 um process do you intend to use? You will have to get access to their process libraries and tools and create your design using their design flow.
