I want to creat S2P but i don't know ,how to measure L ?

I want to creat S2P into simulate software(MWO) but i don't know ,how to measure L ?
If i use VNA (vector networe analyse) to measure inductor ( L ),what type
(MA or DB), can be used. and how to do this test ?

You can use DB or MA format but it should be in Touchstone file format for eample a TOKO inductor model measured S-parametr file looks like....

Where # HZ S DB R 50 is the header file which describes the Frequency sweep in Hz, S-Parameters in DB with reference to 50 ohm termination....

Then you can import to AWR Microwave Office software as *.s2p file for Simulation & analysis...
