I need help about PCI

Now I am using a fpga ( ep1c4 )，and have already install pci_compiler-v3.2.0，I intend to get the PCI local signals directly from the ipcore，but when I put my PCI
card onto the main board,the system cann't recognize my device (the system can boot and work healthily )

Now what I want to do is to make the system recognize my PCI card,so I just assign the pins of PCI and add a ipcore of pci_mt32,but I didn't do anything about PCI local signals,and then I put the ".pof" file into epcs1 by using AS model

Now I beg you to give me some hints ,please tell me how I can solve this problem,thanks very much
