How to repair Ghost Virus in Android

I have recently attacked by a virus in my android phone it starts download annoying applications itself with developer privileges and installing bad apps to the phone ROM permanently which are unable to uninstall even factory reset if any body can have its solution tell me with thanks.

Malware is growing to be a plague in computers and mobile devices. The virus programs are very good at attaching themselves to apps from reputable sources (from what I've heard).

If you have this problem then others do too. The manufacturer ought to have some recommendations, either at the website, or at a message board.
