How to reduce offset for 741

How to reduce offset for 741? without changing the transistor types.
Dose any one has a pspise schematic for 741 or for a low offset opamp.

I´m not sure if I´ve got your question - do you speak of hardware or a Spice model ?

Anyway, regarding Spice you can find a detailed 741 model on transistor level either in the program
1.) SwitcherCAD (SwCAD) from Linear Devices (linear.com), can be downloaded free, or in
2.) MICROCAP (spectrum-soft.com) .
