Hello,

I have a SMD transistor which is located on a buffer output amplifier directly before the pi-attaneuator passive network on the output N-type terminal, its marking code is BW5 where pint 1 is the input from , pin2 is connected to ground and pin 3 is its output to the pi-attenuator connected also to +5 by an inductor .
many thanks for any help!
attached is a picture of the transistor on the PCB.

Circuit seems interesting. Is it a PLL board? Could you also upload rest of the circuit?
