how to find SFDR of T&H

Hi every body,
i have done the FFT to the T&H output, but i still couldn't know the SFDR. the image shows the output with FFT , could some one help me to find how much the SFDR at FS=20MHz

Schreier in 'Understanding delta-sigma ...' has matlab code for SNR measurement- I suggest go through it.

thanx, but i have got the FFT as you see at the figure above. now how to know the SFDR from the curve
