How do i begin to estimate the overall size of my design?

I'm design in 0.35um TSMC technology
How can i estimate the size of NMOS, PMOS, Capacitor and Resistor that i used
Should the wire be included inthe calculation of size?

Calculate the device occupation area and increase by +20% for routing purpose.
