help with PIC16f917 code

I have a humidity sensor (HSM-20G humidity sensor) with 1 output to PIC16f917.
there will be 3 different speed

while the PIC16f917 need to run each speed to a inverter (SYSDRIVE 3G3MV
Multi-function Compact Inverter) which will run a dc motor.

when the humidity at certain range then the chip need to output signal to inverter to run a speed.

software to write code is MPlab ICD2 from microchip.

I need some sample code for writing this program.
Seeking for help.

The 16F917 is an odd choice unless you need an LCD glass panel.
