I am working on a problem but am having great difficult trying to plot
|Tin| vs Δf/fo.

The Problem is as follows
Design a dielectric resonator oscillator using the series feedback circuit with a coupling factor of .1, for a wireless are network application. This local oscillator operates as fo=2.4 GHz using a bipolar transistor in common emitter configuration to drive a 50Ω load on the base side.
The S parameters (Zo=50Ω) are S11=1.8<120 S12=.4<45 S21=3.8<60 S22=1.1<-150
-Choose a proper Tt to determine |Tin|>>1.
I have already calculated Tt and found it to be .8<150

My question is this. How does Tin change as frequency changes. How can I use what I already have found to determine |Tin| at frequencies other than 2.4 GHz?

Thanx
