i have no idea that if your design use discrete device or integrated
circuit.
if it is discrete circuit ,you should find a text book first and
design the circuit with WorkBench or Mutisimu, normally the text book has this kind of circuit.
if your design is a integrated opamp, you can use pspice to simulate your circuit.
