Help me find the right microcontroller.

I a doing a project with 8051 series microcontroller and keil C51. I need help finding a micro with 2 hardware UART, 16 KB or 32 KB ROM and which works at 3.3V. I found this but it works at 5V (AT89C51RE2 ). Can I use this at 3.3V. I need to interface it witha device which works at 3.3V and I don't want to use voltage level translator. I have another question, does both UART have same interrupt priority? What happens if both UARTs receive data at the same time?

2 UART option I know only for Maxim chip other I don't know.
you can check Silicon Lab chips. they are great but many available only in SMD
Nuvoton and SST are other 8051 manufacturer.
and these chips are available in India.
