please give me any more accurate 1/2vdd circuit!!!!! thank you!

Hi,

It's a simple solution, if you want a voltaje reference. But, it will not be usefull if you need much current.

I hope that it helps.

Regards.

but it has high level of noise,i need one good vogtage reference!~

amp and it consist circuit??????I don't remember !!!! you give me?

Hi,
use two diode connected PMOS both are bulk source connected & wou can set the length to be maximum & the width to be minimum to get minimum current consumption
I hope I came to the point
best regards,

Better put a cap on the design.

I don't know what you need this for. I suggested you a simple and cheap solution.

To solution the noise problem, as funnynypd said, you can do any of this circuits:

And if you need high current, you could do this:

But if you need to guarantee 2.5v you sould use TL431 as blueroomelectronics said.

I hope that it helps.

Regards.

I don't know where you want to use.

but the output impedance is very important.
You need a voltage with high impedance or low?

If you are also using a CAN interface chip on your application, some vendor already have this feature on the Chip. So you get it for "free".
