HI,
I am trying to control the DC motor by using Half Hybrid design.
Using PIC 16F877A, PWM(2KHz)
Motor Driver IR2110 And MOSFET(IRL3713) as switching device.

The circuit is working fine without the load............
If a connect a load its working fine for 1 or 2 minutes at low voltages
say 2V, 1A Given to load, circuit works fine for 1 minute then output is not
getting from controller and motor driver also, lower mosfet heating up and i
have to switch off the power and switch on then only circuit works.
If a high voltage given to load.......
say 10V, 2A. The circuit is working for very less time and its damaging the
Driver IC IR2110 , also Lower Mosfet heating up.

Please any one help me
regards
Amulya
