Hello,

Can anyone explain to me, I have a Gds short and after decap , result show no die *****?

Thanks

You have already asked this question and unless you replace ****** with a word you are unlikely to get an answer. No one has a clue what you are asking.

What do you mean by decap? A lot more detail would increase your chances of a helpful answer.

I imagine this is a decoupling (MOS?) cap. These may have
the well auto-connected, and perhaps not to where you'd
like. Probe the various nets looking for whether the device
terminals are going where they ought. You know, debug.
An underappreciated skill in academia.
