GDS to OASIS script

I want to convert 20 GDS file to OASIS using TCL script. Anyone know if this is possible? If yes, please suggest

It's trivial - load GDS in Klayout (free open source layout editor / viewer, available at layout.de), save it in OAS format.

You can script it easily.
