Feedpoint for planar antenna

I designed an antenna using the antenna creator in HFSS that looks like this:

I want to turn this into a PCB, but I'm a little confused on how I'll hook it up. Whenever I create a spiral antenna, it adds a large square in the middle. Is that whole surface the center of my coax, or are each of the two spirals the center of the coax and the middle is a ground plane?
