hi all,

i am using QUALCOMM cdma usb modem i want to send data calls using this modem. if any one have any information regarding this modem then please help me.

thanking you...................

Try to get hold of Qualcomm NV manager tool in QXDM or QPST... Change NV10 to allow HDR calls. It should already have a value of 10 or 19 (change it to one of these if it is not 10 means EVDO only and 19 is CDMA + EVDO, 9 means CDMA only). If it is a modem I think it should already be making data calls!

BTW which Qualcomm modem are you using... all recent Qualcomm chipsets support 1x/EVDo calls. But I am not sure how to originate a data call from the modem. i will post it when I get some info.
