constraint management for pcb - 4layer

can anybody tell about constraint manager for pcb of 4 layer - prepeg thickness,fr4,copper thickness.etc.,this is for get to impedance controll on the tracks(selected ones).
i hope you will help in this matter.

For outer layer use .5 oz of copper and for inner layer use 1oz of copper...

For Core and trace imp calculator use the specific software and calculate based on that...core size should be atleast >6mils and prepreg too

For single ended use 50 ohm,+/-10% tolerance
for Diff Pair 100ohm,+/- 10% tolerance
the layer stack up can be..

TOP----Signal(or gnd

Inner1--Gnd(or sig 1)

INer2---PWR(or sig 2)

Bottom---Signal(or pwr)
