any text to speech module for pic microcontroller

i make a projects for my own use with speech recognition system..

in this project microcontroller is connected with max232 through pc to operate relay through voice. when i give voice commands relays are operating very well but now i want to add something more in it like vrs(voice responsive system)

for example if i command to pic anything it answer me back.. right now i,m using apr9600 for thisbut i got limited memory.. i want a module which can be operated through microcontroller and it aslo uses pc harddisk memory.in short like text to speech module which can be connected with pc and microcontroller for giving me answer back
