AMS 0.35um pads

hi...

i am doing a design which has both digital and analog parts. after completing the layout and verification i added pads to the core module.

I used digital pads from IOLIB_4M and analog pads from IOLIB_ANA_4M. Inside the pads i used there are global nets such as vdd3r! vdd3ro! gnd3r! gnd3ro! etc which gives power to the pad circuits. but when i carried out the simulation i find that the ouput wrong... I checked all the above mentioned power lines and found that the the gnd3ro! line is not at 0V. how is this happening..

All the analog pads are connected usings spacers and corner, similarly with the digital protion. but i didnt connect the analog and digital pads together , they are sepearated from each other.

please help me.. i need more information about how to connect theese pads...
