Hi,

I know some basics of antenna but i'm interested to learn Rf circuit and system design from where can i start this?

Hi ,
A good PCB level training is a must. I think so!

need good fundamental on RT ..basically in theoritical

I recommend that you PM the user here called Khouly...he's excellent
and he'll help you right away :D

RFIC is very interesting topic , but it need alot of work and study

u need to be good in analog design , and know well analog concepts

u need to have good RF concepts back ground like

i recomed that u spend sometime reading

RF microelectronics of behzad rezavi

CMOS Radio Frequency integrated circuits : tom lee

Radio frequqncy intergated circuit : Calvin pelet

u also should check the web for RFIC lecturs and apers

check those

wish this give u a good kick start

alos u need to know about RF simulators like MWO ADS and sure cadence spectreRF

I'm studying RFIC,and before I was engaged in RF board system design. I find analog knowledge is very important to IC design

Analog IC Razavi books is very important in order to improve your knowledge

sure in IC analog base is very importnat , coz in side the chip u apply most of the analog concepts , but when u go out side u need the RF

and if ur freq becoming very high , u will need the RF and MW concepts inside the chip
