Hi,

Do we have any LIN bus experts here?

I have a question regarding a protocol parameter itself, nothing on the physical, data-link or application layer.
I have seen a certain info on the use of LIN from the specs released by Microchip, Renesas and NXP. But I fail to find that info at the official specification "LIN Specification Package,
Revision 2.2A, December 31, 2010".

If any one works with LIN or knows about it, please respond. I will frame the exact question then.

It was an issue with the LIN Spec version I was referring to and the ones the chip makes referred to (Microchip, Renesas and NXP). So now I have no discrepancy.
