I am looking for a free SGMII IP. In my design I have a kintex ultrascale+ FPGA and it is connected to a DP83867.
Does anyone know any free IP for SGMII for vivado?

Did you try to search and read this documentation?
1G/2.5G Ethernet PCS/PMA or SGMII LogiCORE IP Product Guide (PG047)

You need to BUY this IP for a fully operating core.
However it seems like a Hardware Evaluation license is available. With this license (you need to generate separately) you can run design simulation and generate a bitstream of your design containing the IP. This IP will work in hardware for about a couple of hours.
If you are satisfied with its working, you can purchase a full license of the IP core later.

Sorry can't help you with that!

But if it is for an University project or proof-of-concept work, the Hardware Evaluation license should suffice. If it is some company project, ask your management to pay for the license. It should not be very costly.
