What is the difference between AT29C010 and AT29C010A ?
can I use one in place of the other ?
they have two datasheet files but pins and descriptions are exactly the same.
what "A" means in AT29C010A?

Yes, you can use the "A" part in place of the other.
The "A" is just a different part name probably due to an internal design change. For the customer, it doesn't matter.
