Does anyone have any info on this board from www.usbjtag.com

I want to make my own usbjtag based on this one. Clearly it uses a ez-usb chip and a Altera CPLD device. Does anyone have any Verilog or VHDL code that you think will work?
 

Anyone got any clue to make a compatible usb-jtag adapter? $70 is a little steep =<
