GPRS and GPS antenna's on PCB

Can anyone suggest how I can make a simple GPRS and GPS antenna on PCB. I have modules of both GPS and GPRS with RF pads and want to make simple antenna's (maynot be very sensitive) on the PCB rather than using an off-the-shelf antenna.
 

I found it on" the compact broadband microstrip antenna"
