GDS to Star-RC extraction

gdsii extraction

Hi ,

Can we use GDSII file only to Star-RC for parasitic extraction??
Can anybody know how to do this?

star rc extraction

you can reference the guideline of star-rc .
but you need the technolgy file form foundary
 

star-rc

You can use GDSII to extract star_rc .
For that you need to have the hercules clean LVS database.
Otherwise it is difficult to extract.
