Hello,

I made IC chip and tested it with PCB board.

When I input the pulse signal to the pad, which is connected to drain of MOSFET, the pulse signal has slope. (especially falling edge)

I think it's because of the RC constant.

At that pad, drain is connected directly and mosfet has large legnth.

I wonder is there any way to reduce RC constant.

Also I am wondering about that much large slope differences between rising edge and falling edge can possible or they have to be simillar?

Because falling edge has much larger slope than rising edge.
