Hi everyone! I really need help from the people here as i'm really new to cnc and pcbs

1) I would like to know what are the methods used to measure board thickness variation of PCBs?

2) I understand that there are machines that can measure the thickness of panels by double mapping first the machine bed and then the panel surface(the difference in level will generate thickness data for proportional depth control.) Anyone has any idea if Hitachi ND1S214E is able to do the same thing?

3) I tried using laser to measure the thickness of board by taking the difference in height between the board and the measuring table, but in cases where there is warp present in the PCB, the thickness measure becomes inaccurate. Anyone can help reduce this problem?

Really really hope I can get some help from here. Thank you so much!
