i hav to make a simple ecg and interface with the pc

An ECG circuit is not simple because the patient's body picks up mains hum.
Most datasheets for an instrumentation amplifier IC has a schematic for an ECG circuit like this one:

so is that the circuit diagram to make an ecg. i was wondering once i have made the ecg with this circuit diagram how can i interface it with the pc . can u suggest me something

The ADS8321 analog to digital converter at the output has 16 bits of serial data. You would need a computer program to look at it and digitally lowpass filter the data.

it would be helpful if you can elaborate on that please.. do u mean that i have to use microcontroller to interface the ecg with the pc.
is there no other way? like connecting with the sound recordeer of the pc

ARYTT.. i do hav a serial input .. wat software can i use.. i can use matlab. if yes then how can i use matlab for ECG

Thank you very much sir i have read everythin and it has been very helpful. i would start making my ecg now by this method. i hope i will be able to do it. i'll try not to disturb you again and again but if some problem occurs i'll ask you. m really gratefull to u for helping me
 

hey sir,
i wanted a litlle bit of ur help please.. i have made the circuit according to the schematic shown in the report. there are couple of things that i wanted to ask you.
firstly if u see tha circuit diagram of ecg i wanted to ask that the pin 5 of hcpl7800 is connected to what? i dont understand that and then pin 6 is connected to what?
my circuit will be done once u tell me the answer of the above question. Now secondly im a little bit confused about how to iterface it with the pc? can u please tell me an easier way den matlab im not really gud at matlab :( :(.. how can i connect dis though soundcard? or if there is any other way to interface. please help me outt sir pleasee
