predistorter 1ghz

anyone can help-me with an 1GHz bandwidth predistorter circuit for LD broadband communication?

thanks,

Re: predistorter circuit

I can help u but be more specific.

Re: predistorter circuit

You are looking for theory - how and what correction matches the line phase distribution for specific length of the line? Have you already sellected a suitable circuit for driver with your power supply voltage?

Re: predistorter circuit

Ok,
I want to make a wide bandwidth analog fiber transmission (1GHz). I need a suitable schematic of a predistorter circuit in order to obtain a good S/N ratio and a linearity into entire bandwidth.

I know that 2 models are used for this kind of requirements:
1. X2 and X3 signal predistortion who is suitable for high input signal/modulation level
2. arcsin synthesis who is more accurate but works only for low amplitude signal.

All that I want to is to see some design only as refference.

Thanks,

still nothing? anyone can help me?

Re: predistorter circuit

Is a predistortercircuit, a circuit that distorts a signal that is going to be amplified with a non-linear amplifier ? So that the distorted signal amplified by the nonlinear amplifier looks like the same as the undistorted signal amplified by a linear amplifier ?

Re: predistorter circuit

Yes that'z right I need to compensate the LD distortion for a good S/N ratio... the problem is the bandwidth... 0.9-1 GHz...

...If anyone have a vaste experience in optical communication, I ask to help-me!

Thanks in advance,
