Hi, I'm using an IRS 2117 high side mosfet driver connected in the circuit below
Vcc is 15Vdc from a DC Power supply
Vbat is a square wave from a function generation
And I attached a 470kohm resistor from Vbat_Vs to ground.
I'm also using electrolytic caps.
Probing Vbat_HO with respect to Vs, I can't seem to get any output.
Probing Vbat_HO with respect to Vs, my output is 6~7Vdc.
Why is this happening?
I've tried replacing the diodes, and cpacitors used. As well as increasing the input voltage level.
I've already used the high side low side version of this driver (IRS21867) and didn't encounter any problems using that and following the circuit in the datasheet.
Any thoughts?
