transistor reay help

please help me to design an additional transistor relay driver circuit.please give schematic for transistor relay driver and specification of components required/function.
my specification
power supply 12V
resistance of elay 10ohms
in put driving signal =5V@40mA
Vce,sat=0.3v

Are you sure about relay coil resistance? 10Ω doesn't seem right for 12Vdc relay. Do you have complete part number /manufacturer.

no any data about relay found.measured for 10ohms.
is it correct calculation done for transistor .
anhow ever lot of thanx lot.

is there any special theory behind coupling IC with capacitors
