    design a circuit diagram

circuit diagram -automatic changeover Hi I have to design a cicuit diagram. design a circuit diagram on change-over switches which is i can build it in the lab which is include in the circuit two switches, using current sensor(important), power supply, two load to test your switches...

    help in synchronisation circuit

Hi, I am using a 8-bit binary signal as an input which is then mixed with the 8-bit pseudo random number by using an XOR gate then transmitted the mixed signal by using a wire link. To reproduce the original signal, another 8-bit pseudo random number (which must has the same sequence as used...

Why clock is having 50% duty cycle?..

duty cycle is given by T= Ton/(Ton+Toff) Clock's have a 50% duty cycle because it gives a synchronized rising and falling edge of exactly double the base frequency. synchronisation is the main reason

Which is better for amplifying gain, transistor or op-amp?

Re: Transistor vs op-amp op-amp is a high gain amplifier ideally its gain is infinite. while transistor is not having that much gain as opamp have

What happens to threshold voltage when doping concentratio of substrate is increased?

thershold voltage im mosfet substrate acts as a another gate to mosfet.increasing doping has a definately affected the current. asn in current eqn of mosfet id is directly proportional to cox which is equal to (eox/tox). tox is oxide thickness so clearly u can get the idea.

why Ge is not used as substrate in IC Fab?

as we know that conductivity of si greater than ge. and subrate plays a very imp role in current conduction so definately si used

What it means when an opamp is described as being able to drive a load of 10nf?

Re: Capacitor as load usally opamp cant drive a high capacitance as a load bcoz it will reduce the bandwidth, & load should be it will match with the slew rate of opamp

    Regulated and unregulated

regulated means o/p voltage is constant which causes the power loss. unregulated means voltages has to vary with load

What are input and output impedances?

Re: I/O Imepdance i/p impedence is impedence,we get by looking into base as it is bjt. o/p impedence is impedence,we get by looking into collector
