ad9954
Hi everyone!
I use MSP430 to control AD9954 to alternately output two signals with different frequencies. But the device seems to be unsteady, since when it suffers from some diturbance, there will be no output. And I need to reset MSP430 to recover. Is this normal?
Thank you in advance.
wideband amplifier
Hi, everyone!
Is a low impedance a feature of wide-band amplifier? Take AD603 for example, the input impedance is 100Ω. And in the configuration provided in the datasheet, the input impedance is set to be 50Ω. Can anybody tell me why?
Thank you in advance.
voltage follower opamp
Hi, LvW!
Thank you for your reply. I drew my inspiration of R3 from (**broken link removed**). Also, in the datasheet of LM1875, the configuration they recommended is
and there is also a R3.
According to my experiment, if R3 is deleted, the circuit cannot work.
Thus...
voltage follower op amp
Hi, everyone!
I want to build a voltage follower with NE5532. One requirement is that the op amp should be supplied with a single power.
My design is:
The output, however, suffers from great distortion and attenuation. Can anybody help me out?
Thank you in advance.
Hi everyone,
I want to change the default properties of components in Protel. For example, if I place a resister, the name of the component and the value are both displayed. Then I change the properties of this component, and only the value is displayed. My question is how can I save this as...
ad603
Hi, everyone!
The circuit below is clipped from the datasheet of AD603.
Assume the output of A2 is a dc signal. When the voltage of node 1(see the picture) is changed, say, to 3V, the voltage of node 2 becomes less than 5V, which indicates that voltage cannot stay stable.
I am...
Re: Loop Filter; BH1415
Hi LvW,
Thank you for your reply.
1.) I am confirmed because I have build the circuit in a breadboard, and I saw that the output of the PLL is very stable. These days I've spent LOTS of time on the op-amp filter. I did my calculation carefully. However, it didn't work...
Re: Loop Filter; BH1415
I am trying to follow the advise of wiser people, such as LvW, but the shematic with a loop filter build by BJTs that I've enclosed in my previous reply confirmed me that even if there are capacitors between the loop filter and the VCO, the loop can work. Can anybody...
Re: Loop Filter; BH1415
To Lvw:
haha.......by saying "almost a dc voltage", I mean the signal is a dc voltage with small amount of ac component.
Anyway, the filter with BJTs works well.
And you can find similar capacitors in many loop filters, thus I don't think there is any problem with the...
bh1415 chip
To ALL
The circuit is driving me crazy! I've spent many days on it and it still does not work. While some guys only use 2 BJTs to build the filter and it works quite well.
To E-design
It is hunting. I am sure the chip is programmed correctly.
To vfone
My simulation is...
bh1415
Hi guys,
I am trying to build a frequency synthesizer using BH1415. The VCO and Phase Detector seem to work well. But when I add the loop filter, the loop cannot be locked. The schematic is shown in the picture.
My question is:
1, Can anyone tell me is there any fatal mistake in the...
msp430 change smclk frequency
Hi Dora,
I found a mistake in my code. When I tried to divide ACLK, I wrote
BCSCTL1=DIVA_1;
and this might be the reason for the unexpected 9.7KHz. After I corrected it as
BCSCTL1|=DIVA_1;
the frequency of the square wave from P1.0 remained to be 66KHz...
