friends i have a spartan 3e board and tried the the ISE tutorial. however i could not output it to my board because the ports are different.can you tell me the corresponding ports of the spartan 3 for the spartan 3e

step up converter and boost converter are the synonyms of each pther.DC-DC converter is any converter thats convert a DC voltage to another DC voltage though it can be higher( Step up or boost) or less( step down)
why cant we have a small input and an output much more than the rated value for output voltage? for example if we have an input of 5v what is the reason we cant get an output of 100V?
