I have a simple doubt about youtube video that is when we access a youtube video from desktop machine its protocol is "http" and from a mobile phone it is "rstp ". What is the difference between these two protocols ?

The Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) is a application protocol for distributed, collaborative, hypermedia information systems. HTTP is the foundation of data communication for the World Wide Web. The Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) is a network control protocol designed for use in entertainment and communications systems to control streaming media servers. The protocol is used for establishing and controlling media sessions between end points. Clients of media servers issue VCR-like commands, such as play and pause, to facilitate real-time control of playback of media files from the server. HTTP is stareless protocol while An RTSP server needs to maintain state by default in almost all cases.

can you say the usage circumstance of "Rtsp " and also "http" ? I mean where will rtsp using and where will http using

http is mainly used in web page browsing while rstp is used for live streaming. If offers many functions such as play, pause, stop, forward, reverse, random access of video clip.

Youtube is using live streaming is it true ? But I had found that when we browse youtube video from a desktop machine it is using "http" but from a mobile it is "rtsp" . why this difference occure ?

Yes, youtube is using streaming only. Live streaming is used for live cricket matches etc. YouTube uses HTTP/TCP to buffer video into the flash player on its main site. Play a video on youtube, right click on video and check show video info. It will show full information about video including protocol used. The video is stored on Google Video's content distribution network. It's not streamed as much as just sent as fast as possible to your computer. However, for mobile handsets, m.youtube.com uses RTSP to stream video. So, YouTube uses both transfer methods. RTSP isn't always supported well through routers, which would prevent that for use on the desktop. m.youtube.com doesn't stream the same video file as youtube.com.
