I want to simulate plasma gas using XOOPIC/OOPIC code available from (https://ptsg.egr.msu.edu/) .I have visual stdio and dev-c++ softwares and my O.S. is windows 7. I have tried too much to run these code but I was unsuccessful , Please help me If You know any thing about
