xilinx ise to generate BSDL file?

Hi

Can we generate a post-config BSDL file from Xilinx ise? how?
I dont want to use the generic BSDL files as they dont have the correct signal directions in them and also dont have my user signal names. I need this for boundary-scan PCB debug on a CPLD.
