xilinx and impedence matching

I would desing a PCB with a spartan3 , for you, I have to matching Xilinx pin with PCB track or it's not necessary ? for Spartan pin (general IO), is it necessary matching at 50Ω or a 70Ω?
Have you a metod to calculare Caracterist Impedance on a PCB FR4, to matching it?
