Dear all,

Hope u r fine. I just wanted to ask about XFDTD 6.3 if I can make a 2 dimensional scattering simulation on it or not? I noticed that it has a 2D button which when pressed a 2D window shows up but this window is not interactive except for drawing some shapes...I'm never able to simulate it at all so if I want to calculate scattering of a plane wave by an infinite cylinder all what I can do is drawing a circle!!! and of course 3D simulation is not possible since cylinder is infinite in the third dimension...

Did any one face this problem before or have an idea how to solve it?

Thanks
