wt type of coating material for pcb which acts as isolating material and didn't hide pcb and its copper tracks

If your talking about home made boards, you can use "clear lacquer", made especially for PCB coating.
This provides a clear protective coating to the board.

Alternatively, if your wanting this for manufactured boards try contacting the manufacturer as they may be able to offer a clear coating.
