Work point of Distributed Amplifier design

I am new into design of broadband Low noise distributed amplifier MMIC using pHEMT device. I am unable to design the dc biasing scheme.

The DA is supposed to be 2G-20G with gain to be near 6.4dB.

I have curves of ID-VDS, which point should me use.

if there are tutorials would be very useful.

Prms = Vds x Ids

Prms = RMS RF output power.
