Wireless communication for 1 to 2 kilometers..

Hello guys i want to do wireless communication between two moving object about 90-100kmph speed(same speed for both)
i want 1 to 2 kilometer range for communication...
want to give only warning signal to second object by first one...
so no need for large amount of data communication...
it should also be as cheap as possible..

by starmann electronics.
Like SE1200 series is upto 4km range.
