Inductance in microstrip based filter realized with a piece of microstrip transmission line and width is determined primarily by resonators characteristic impedance which is often in range between 60 and 120 Ohm. I am not sure what do you mean when talking about resistance. There is no resistance into filter except parasitic. There may be capacitance and this elements are much wider than inductance. It is very visualized in stepped low-pass printed circuit board filters. In interdigital filters, for example, it is not so visualized. There L and C elements are done from transmission lines and usually they are equal in width except capacitive terminations for edge resonators of tapped filter.
